WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer international shipping. However, due to certain postal issues, we are unable to deliver shipments to military areas and some small countries.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship orders abroad via postal service. After processing your order, we will send it to the courier company, and they will handle it entirely.

Once it arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. Please contact your local post office when the shipment reaches your country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you your order's tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. This email will guide you on how to track your shipment. Please note that tracking information may appear 2-5 days after receiving this email.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after receiving the tracking number. The reason for this delay is that the first tracking event usually appears after the shipment is handed over to us.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please note that tracking information will appear 2-3 days after it's updated. Initially, it may take a few minutes for the carrier to provide the information. Therefore, sometimes you might not find information about your package; please check again later.

WHY IS THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT NOT CHANGING?

Your shipment might have been delayed. Delivery delays can be due to factors like weather conditions, customs, or other delays. Please note that tracking information might appear after your order has been dispatched.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO THE COURIER COMPANY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When your order is ready for shipment, we will send it to the courier company, and they will handle it entirely. Depending on the policy of each courier company or customs procedures, you might be required to pay additional charges for final delivery or import tax, possibly because your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please pay the required charge to receive your order.

We often declare the shipment as a gift with a low value, so don't worry about this.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We offer secure purchases and accept payments via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or VISA. This way, you can choose the most suitable method for you. All products are priced in USD, and our system will automatically convert your currency to facilitate the process during checkout.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

First, select the products you like, then click "Buy Now" and "Proceed to Checkout." Fill in your details and pay. That's it! Very easy.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you want to change something in your order, please contact us via email at jasmin.rlaxio@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE/BROKEN PRODUCT?

We always strive to offer the best quality products to our customers. However, many factors affect quality, especially shipping, which can cause defects or damage to our products. Please check our Return Policy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?

  • Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them with your ID or tracking number to find the status of the package.

  • Step 2: If you don't find anything, contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to jasmin.rlaxio@gmail.com and provide your shipping address again.

  • Step 3: If the address you provide in the email matches the shipping address in our system, we are willing to send you a replacement or refund 50% of the value. Please note that these two options are the final solutions for your request.

If not, it's likely that you made a mistake and entered the wrong address, so we couldn't deliver your package. In this case, you will need to pay additional charges to have a replacement sent to you. This is the only option for you in this case.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you provided the wrong shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to jasmin.rlaxio@gmail.com and provide us with the correct address. We will check if we can change it for you.

If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to change it for you or send you a new package without additional charge.

THE TRACKING SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER," WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There are 2 common reasons why your package is returned:

  1. Your shipping address is incorrect/incomplete.

  2. You were not present when the delivery attempt was made.

In cases where your shipping address is incorrect, we cannot take any responsibility as we sent the package to the address you provided, and it wasn't our fault.

If not, we are willing to send you a replacement. If the second package doesn't reach you, we regret to inform you that we can't assist you further.
